Tape and Mud - Not My Problem

The Hard Part of Drywall
I tried my hand at finishing twice during this project, and that was enough for me to understand how long it would take me to get a good result. Some things are worth waiting for, and some things are worth paying for.
Starting off with a photo of the room cleaned up and ready for the contracted company to come in. I would also clear my tools off the cart so they could use it.

After about 4 days the crew was done. I had some complaints about the work, but it was only $1,300 for the theater, the workshop and two repairs I needed done in the upstairs of the house.

This photo is taken from in front of the gear closet, looking at where the entry door will be.

Phase 3 complete. It goes fast when you pay for it.
